Sales Coordinator

CEEON India is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales operations, coordinate with dealers and the field sales team, and ensure smooth order processing and reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling back-end sales functions in the automobile or electric vehicle industry.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the national and regional sales teams to track daily leads, inquiries, and dealer updates.
• Maintain sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
• Process dealer Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with the store/dispatch team for timely delivery.
• Handle communication with dealers/distributors regarding pricing, product availability, and offers.
• Support in generating Proforma Invoices (PIs) and follow up for payments.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper documentation of dealership agreements and sales targets.
• Coordinate between finance, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth sales execution.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
