Sales Executive

Job Summary

HoseXperts is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth

in industrial product segments. The role involves both field sales and inside sales, focusing on

building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across industries.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + PF

Up to ₹30,000/month based on relevant experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Details

 Shift Timing: 09:45 AM – 06:30 PM

 Training: Hose & fittings / industrial product training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

 Develop strategic sales plans and accurate account forecasts

 Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

 Manage assigned sales territory and expand market presence

 Handle order quotations, invoicing, proforma invoices, and order processing

 Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

 Stay updated on product trends and industry developments

 Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory

 Provide solutions using company product lines (Hose & fittings)

 Understand customer requirements and supply chain objectives

 Build and expand relationships with decision-makers

 Achieve sales targets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives

 Maintain strong process discipline and reporting standards

 Prepare and present cost-saving reports to customers

Required Skills

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Good analytical and problem-solving ability

 Customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset

 Knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

 0–2 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (preferred)

 Freshers can apply (B.Tech Mechanical preferred)

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

 Experience in industries like Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing is an

advantage

 Experience in proposal generation and solution selling
