Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:• Appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners in assigned territory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Generate secondary sales through dealers and distributors

• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities

• Promote company products and increase market share

• Handle distributor billing, payments, and outstanding collections

• Ensure product availability at distributor and dealer points

• Provide product training and support to dealers

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements:• Experience in Home Appliances B2B Sales is preferred

• Experience from companies like LG, Voltas, Haier, Usha, Philips, Symphony, Bajaj, etc. will be an advantage

• Good dealer and distributor network

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to travel within assigned territory

Qualification:• Graduate in any stream

• MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage
