Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Professional responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, and achieving sales targets for HVAC systems including ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen hood systems, and air purification equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
Approach consultants, architects, MEP contractors, builders, and facility managers.
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
🔹 Technical Sales & Proposal Preparation
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for BOQ and drawings.
Attend pre-bid meetings and tender submissions.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on inquiries and negotiate terms.
Ensure timely order closure and advance payments.
🔹 Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate with project and production teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and payment follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
🔹 Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Identify upcoming projects in malls, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial units.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical.
2–6 years of experience in HVAC sales or related MEP industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems (AHU, Chillers, VRF, Ventilation, Kitchen Hoods, Scrubbers, etc.).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and BOQs.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with consultants and turnkey contractors.
Exposure to tender-based projects.
Knowledge of air pollution control systems or commercial kitchen ventilation (added advantage).
