About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales for our industrial machinery products. This is an office-based role focused on handling incoming customer queries and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales
• Maintain customer records and track interactions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of machines/technical products (training will be provided)
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience can apply
• Comfortable with phone-based communication and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
