Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing property deals, with a strong focus on Noida/Noida-Ext/Gr Noida markets and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Tele calling – 40 commented calls/day
• Conducting site visits for the customers
• Maintaining client relationship through personal visits & follow ups
• Candidate must have good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial preferred)
• Good understanding of Greater Noida real estate market
• Exposure to commercial property sales will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of RERA policies and compliance
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Candidate should have a 2/4-wheeler for commutation

Compensation

• 20K (Fixed Salary) + 10 K incentive for each final sale
