Job Description
Job Summary:- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting property options, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Contact potential clients to understand their property requirements.
- Present available properties, conduct site visits, and explain project details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the property booking or purchase process.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain updated customer and sales records using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about market trends, competing properties, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
