Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling residential and/or commercial properties, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective property presentations and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and provide detailed property information
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Present property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal details
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals in coordination with the sales manager
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) for smooth transaction closure
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
