Location: Greater Noida / Field + Office

Industry: Ice Cream & Dairy Machinery Manufacturing

🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for DOSTAN MACHINES. The role involves handling inbound leads, developing new clients, and converting opportunities into successful orders for ice cream & dairy processing plants.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities🧩 Lead Handling & ConversionHandle daily leads from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp & calls
  • Understand customer requirements (capacity, product type, budget)
  • Provide suitable machine recommendations & quotations
  • Follow up regularly and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • 🤝 Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with domestic & international clients
  • Maintain regular communication with customers for updates & trust-building
  • Guide customers from inquiry → discussion → finalization → dispatch
  • 📊 Sales Process & CRMUpdate all lead details in CRM (Odoo preferred)
  • Maintain proper follow-up records and discussion notes
  • Ensure no lead remains unattended for more than 24 hours
  • Coordinate with production & dispatch team for order execution
  • 🌍 Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities (domestic + export)
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, references, and cold outreach
  • Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings
  • 💼 Technical UnderstandingDevelop basic knowledge of:

  • Ice cream plants (100 Ltr to 1000 Ltr+)
  • Continuous freezers, pasteurizers, moulds, cold rooms
  • Explain machine features and benefits confidently to clients
  • 🔹 Skills RequiredStrong communication & negotiation skills
  • Good command over Hindi & English (additional languages = advantage)
  • Basic technical understanding (training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools / Excel / WhatsApp Business
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • 🔹 Experience1–5 years in B2B sales / machinery / industrial products preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication & learning attitude can apply
