Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with CRM team for lead management and updates
- Maintain proper documentation and sales records
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and convincing ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and legal processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
