Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Allocate leads, monitor daily performance, and ensure proper follow-ups
• Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and deal closures
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and documentation support
• Work closely with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and developers
