Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive merchant onboarding, and build strong business partnerships across various categories. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local business dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Identify and onboard new merchants (restaurants, salons, spas, retail stores, etc.) to CityWitty’s platform.

Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand CityWitty’s merchant base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants for long-term business partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance merchant visibility and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales plans.

Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, online platforms, or local business solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on targets and performance.

Comfortable with field sales and merchant interactions.
