Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle sales for our real estate and construction projects. The role involves managing client relationships, site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining a professional brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads into successful sales

Conduct site visits and present project details to clients

Negotiate and close residential/commercial property deals

Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for follow-ups

Achieve assigned sales targets

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Market knowledge of real estate trends

Target-driven and self-motivated
