About the Company

Tripsy Holidays is a fast-growing travel company specializing in spiritual and adventure tours such as Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, Chardham Yatra, and domestic & international holiday packages. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for tour package inquiries.

Promote and sell Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, Chardham Yatra, and other travel packages.

Convert leads received from WhatsApp, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Explain package details, itinerary, pricing, and travel requirements to clients.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Follow up with potential clients and close bookings.

Maintain client data and update sales reports regularly.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of tour packages and travel industry.

Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM, Excel, and email.

Strong customer handling skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in any field (preferred).

Minimum 1–3 years experience in travel sales or tele-sales.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
