Sales Manager (Real Estate - Sales & Rent)

- Salary: ₹25k-₹40k/month

- Goal: Maximize revenue via sales & rentals

JD (Job Description):

- Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor & motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring high performance and adherence to processes.

- Build & maintain strong client relationships (buyers, investors, channel partners) to drive sales & rentals.

- Monitor market trends & competitor activity; use insights to adjust pricing, positioning & absorption plans.

- Oversee lead management & CRM systems; ensure timely follow‑up & accurate reporting.

- Coordinate with marketing, legal, accounts & project teams to ensure smooth deal closure & handovers.

- Set & manage sales targets for projects (residential, commercial, mixed‑use) and own P&L responsibility.

- Create SOPs, pitch decks & training material for the sales team & channel partners.

- Handle site visits, open houses & broker/investor meets to generate bookings.

- Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements in all sales & rental transactions.

Key qualifications:

- Graduate (BBA/Real Estate/related field)

- 3‑5+ years real estate sales experience

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills

- Comfortable with CRM tools & MS Office Suite
