Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new clients in the Noida area, particularly along the Greater Noida Expressway and other industrial zones. This role requires a proactive approach to business development through cold calls, client visits, and the cultivation of long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the Noida and Greater Noida industrial areas.

Conduct cold calls and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities.

Schedule and conduct client visits to present our services and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the advantages of our services.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security and manpower services sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Noida.

Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike for commuting.
