Job Description

Vision Spaces Centre, a premium coworking and managed office space in Greater Noida, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for leasing operations. The role focuses on closing leasing deals for office spaces while actively expanding the company’s presence in the local commercial leasing ecosystem.

The executive will receive structured support through company-generated leads via Google and Facebook advertisements and will also be responsible for generating incremental leads through personal networks, channel partners, brokers, and direct market outreach.


Key Responsibilities


Leasing & Sales

  • Convert inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) into successful leasing closures.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space solutions (coworking desks, private offices, managed offices).
  • Close leasing agreements in line with pricing and commercial guidelines.

Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Generate new leasing leads through personal contacts, brokers, real estate consultants, and corporate connects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and local leasing intermediaries.
  • Conduct direct outreach to startups, SMEs, enterprises, and professionals operating in and around Greater Noida.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks.

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and market response.
  • Support on-ground marketing initiatives, property promotions, and networking events when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or internal tracking tools.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover post-closure.
  • Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly within the commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of office leasing, coworking spaces, or commercial real estate is preferred.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales/leasing, preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, or B2B services.
  • Prior experience handling inbound digital leads is an advantage.
  • Existing broker or corporate network in Greater Noida / NCR is a strong plus.
