Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing cum Office Administrator to handle both marketing coordination and administrative functions. The role involves managing communications, supporting a small engineering team, coordinating between two sites, and maintaining customer relationships.

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel to client sites or branch offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities.
• Manage email communications with customers and vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reports, and office coordination.
• Supervise and assist a small team of 4–5 engineers.
• Address customer queries and ensure timely responses.
• Support business development efforts — incentives available for new business generation.
• Oversee coordination between two company sites.
• Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and meeting follow-ups.

Qualifications:
