We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team based in Noida Extension. The role involves handling property inquiries, meeting potential buyers, and converting leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential buyers and explain project details clearly.
• Conduct site visits with clients and assist them throughout the buying process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of the real estate sales process.
• Ability to handle client meetings and site visits confidently.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 0–3 years preferred
