Job Description
Sales Team Leader/ Manager – Real Estate
Company: Golden Dream Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Office no.502, Kasana Tower, Alpha 1 Commercial Belt, Greater Noida.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹80,000 per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales of residential projects(low rise & High Rise)
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve booking targets
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and CRM activities
- Coordinate with marketing and channel partners
- Prepare sales reports and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Team handling and closure experience mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Any Graduate/MBA(Sale & Marketing) preferred.
