Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to manage a team of sales executives and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, guiding the team, and closing deals with clients.
- Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of sales executives
- Assign and monitor CRM leads
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients
- Support team in site visits and deal closures
- Achieve team sales targets
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Train and guide new team members
- Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years experience in real estate sales
- Leadership and team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management
