We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 2–10 years in real estate development / construction / plotted projects

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹18 LPA

Role Objective

We are looking for a high-ownership Executive Assistant to act as the Founder’s operational extension, ensuring smooth execution across plotted township projects and sales operations. This is a hands-on execution and control role, not a calendar-management EA position.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of coordination between Founder, site teams, and sales teams
• Track day-to-day site development & sales operations; escalate only critical issues
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports on site progress and sales velocity
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and surveyors across multiple townships
• Track infrastructure progress (roads, boundary walls, utilities, amenities)
• Own first-level escalation management for site delays and operational bottlenecks
• Ensure DPR compliance, follow-ups on commitments, and task closures
• Help implement basic SOPs for site reporting and sales discipline
