Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO.

This is not a typical assistant role — you will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring seamless execution across business, operations, client communication, and strategic initiatives.

You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day functioning of a fast-growing export-oriented manufacturing startup, gaining exposure to global business, operations, and leadership.

  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 1. Calendar & Time ManagementManage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
  • Ensure optimal time allocation across business functions
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • 🔹 2. Communication ManagementDraft and manage emails (clients, vendors, international buyers)
  • Follow up on pending conversations and deals
  • Handle WhatsApp and communication flow with key stakeholders
  • 🔹 3. Business CoordinationAct as a bridge between:
  • Sales / Merchandising
  • Production team
  • Vendors & clients
  • Track ongoing orders, sampling, and dispatch timelines
  • 🔹 4. Execution & Follow-ups (MOST IMPORTANT)Ensure tasks assigned by the Founder are completed on time
  • Take ownership of follow-ups across teams
  • Maintain accountability and progress tracking
  • 🔹 5. Data, Reports & DocumentationPrepare reports, presentations, and summaries
  • Maintain organized records of:
  • Orders
  • Client details
  • Vendor communication
  • 🔹 6. Travel & Event CoordinationManage travel bookings (domestic & international exhibitions)
  • Coordinate exhibition participation (registrations, logistics)
  • Assist in planning business trips and meetings
  • 🔹 7. Strategic SupportAssist in research (markets, buyers, exhibitions)
  • Support in new initiatives (D2C, exports, partnerships)
  • Bring structure to ideas and help in execution
  • 🔹 8. Personal Assistance (Limited but Important)Handle selected personal tasks to optimize Founder’s productivity
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • 🧠 Key Skills RequiredStrong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent follow-up and execution ability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Proficiency in:
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
