Role Overview We are looking for a Senior 3D Visualizer who can translate creative concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visuals for events, exhibitions, stage sets, interiors, and brand experiences. The role requires a strong balance of creative thinking, technical expertise, and execution speed, along with the ability to guide junior artists and collaborate closely with designers and project teams.

• Key Responsibilities Creative & Visualization Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visuals for:
• Event stages
• Award shows
• Exhibitions
• Conferences
• Experiential brand setups
• Interpret design briefs, reference images, and layouts into accurate 3D representations.
• Ensure visuals are client-ready, aesthetically strong, and technically correct.
• Maintain design intent, scale, proportions, and realism across all outputs.
• Technical Execution Create detailed 3D models, lighting setups, textures, and materials.
• Set up realistic lighting and camera compositions (especially stage and architectural lighting).
• Optimize scenes for fast previews and high-quality final renders.
• Maintain consistency in color, mood, and brand guidelines.
• Software Expertise Primary tools:

• Supporting tools:
• CDR/AI/Photoshop / After Effects (basic post-production)
• Unreal Engine / Lumion / Blender
• Collaboration & Leadership Coordinate with:

• Mentor and guide junior 3D artists and visualizers.
• Review outputs and ensure quality control before client presentations.
• Provide creative and technical input during concept development.
• Required Skills & Qualifications5–8+ years of hands-on experience as a 3D Visualizer.
• Strong understanding of:

• Lighting (especially stage & architectural lighting)
• Materials & textures
• Camera composition
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong visual sense for minimal, premium, and experiential design.
• Good understanding of event production constraints (scale, feasibility, execution).
• Preferred (Added Advantage) Experience in event / exhibition / stage visualization.
• Knowledge of real-world lighting behavior.
• Experience with AR/VR visualization or immersive environments.
• Exposure to international design standards.
