SENIOR BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Salary Package between 15K TO 30K Depends on interview and experience

KPI:

• Manage daily back-office operations including documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports, databases, and files for management review and decision-making.

• Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, billing, and invoice processing.

• Monitor team performance, guide junior staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and deadlines.

• Support management with operational planning, process improvement, and compliance activities.
