Position Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Staffing Services who has worked exclusively in the staffing industry. Candidates from general HR backgrounds or other HR domains will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in blue-collar hiring.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as helpers, electricians, boiler operators, welders, and electrical engineers.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job specifications and hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
• Requirements:Proven experience in staffing/recruitment for blue-collar roles (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of manpower sourcing methods.

Selection Process:There will be no formal interview. Candidates will undergo a 3-day trial period to assess performance and suitability. Upon successful completion, the appointment letter will be issued based on a personal discussion.
