 Key Responsibilities

Identify

and develop new business opportunities reach out to prospective clients

in industries such as steel, power, hydro, oil & gas, paper &

pulp, heavy engineering etc.

Understand

client requirements discuss their needs (e.g. wear-resistant rolls,

turbine components, boiler tube coating, refurbishment, etc.), and

propose suitable ATSPL.

Prepare

and deliver sales presentations, quotations and proposals showcasing ATSPL’s

technical capabilities, services, and benefits (quality, long life,

cost-effectiveness, technical assistance, customer satisfaction).

Negotiate

commercial terms with clients (pricing, delivery schedules, scope of services),

and close sales / service contracts.

Maintain

and manage relationships with existing clients follow up on projects,

ensure satisfaction, identify up-sell/refurbishment/recurring business

opportunities.

Coordinate

with internal teams (engineering/facility/production/quality) to ensure

feasibility, timelines, and delivery commitments are met.

Track

and report sales activities, leads, client interactions, sales pipeline,

and revenue forecasts.

Stay

informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry

developments identify potential new segments or opportunities for ATSPL.

(e.g. new steel plants, power plants, refineries).

 

 

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s

degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial), or a

related field — preferable, given our technical domain.

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills ability to interact with

industrial clients (engineering / procurement / maintenance teams).

Good

understanding of heavy-industry processes / components / coatings (or

willingness to learn quickly). Technical selling experience is a plus.

Negotiation

and closing skills ability to handle B2B sales, large value contracts,

and complex industrial deals.

Result-oriented,

self-driven, with good follow-up and persistence.

Ability

to coordinate with technical and production teams internally to bridge

client requirements with feasible solutions.

Proficiency

in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations; basic computer

literacy (Excel, Word, email).

Willingness

to travel to client sites, industries or for client meetings.
