Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key industrial clients, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial and engineering clients across India.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with PSU, MNCs, and private sector companies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and decision makers.
- Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for quotations, proposals, and project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Travel across India for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
Requirements
- Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech (Engineering background compulsory).
- Experience: 5–10 years experience in technical sales or industrial sales.
- Existing contacts or network in PSU and MNC companies will be preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and client management experience.
- Ability to understand technical requirements of industrial customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Salary
CTC: Up to 90,000 per month (based on experience)
