Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales processes. 
• Lead Generation and Management:
• Generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.) and manage the sales pipeline effectively. 
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate deals with clients and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. 
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff, providing support and training to enhance their performance. 
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management. 
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and develop customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
