Service Engineer

Support the client and their team for quick resolution of their queries and issues at the site.

Identify/report the issues/incidents and rectify them through the Support Team while

following the escalation matrix.

Prepare and manage an Issue Tracker for each machine they are responsible for.

Ensure the minimum breakdown time as per the targets provided by the Service Manager.
