Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Marketing Manager to lead and manage our social media presence and digital branding initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
• Manage company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries on social platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Track market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
