Spoken English Trainer

A Spoken English Trainer develops and delivers engaging, interactive lessons to improve students' speaking fluency, pronunciation, and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Deliver Lessons: Develop tailored lesson plans focused on improving conversational English, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
• Conduct Training: Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, group activities, and one-on-one sessions to encourage active participation.
• Assess Proficiency: Evaluate students' speaking abilities through regular assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive, real-time feedback to help learners improve fluency and overcome communication hurdles.
• Build Confidence: Motivate and encourage learners to speak in a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Curriculum Development: Create and update teaching materials, including audio-visual resources.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and document learner progress, maintaining reports for management.
