Job SummaryWe are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Store Associates (Pickers & Packers) to support daily warehouse/dark store operations. The role involves accurately picking products, packing orders, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder PickingPick products from shelves as per order list/app
• Ensure correct item, quantity, and quality
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and expiry checks
• PackingPack items securely to avoid damage/leakage
• Label and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain speed and accuracy targets
• Inventory HandlingAssist in stock counting and audits
• Report damaged, missing, or expired items
• Ensure proper placement of products in assigned locations
• Store MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure racks and storage areas are व्यवस्थित (well-organized)
• CoordinationWork closely with team leaders and delivery staff
• Update order status in system (if required)
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or dark store is a plus
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of mobile apps / handheld devices
• Good physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting items)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Working ConditionsShift-based (including night shifts if required)
• 6 days working (weekly off rotational)
