• Supervise and schedule store employees

• Train new staff

• Monitor attendance & performance

• Motivate team to achieve sales targets

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Monitor stock levels

• Place orders with suppliers

• Prevent stock loss or theft

• Conduct regular stock audits

• Ensure store cleanliness & display standards

• Manage billing & cash handling

• Open/close store procedures

• Maintain safety & security standards

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Report to Store Manager or Area Manager

• Track KPIs (sales, shrinkage, staff performance)
