Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to manage packing operations and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating logistics for smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise packing and dispatch team on a daily basis
• Ensure proper packing as per company standards
• Plan and manage dispatch schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
• Verify orders before dispatch (quantity, quality, labeling)
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and documentation
• Monitor loading/unloading activities
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines
• Handle delays, damages, or dispatch-related issues
