Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives/counsellors
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members
- Drive outbound/inbound sales activities
- Handle escalations and close high-value deals
- Maintain reports and track sales metrics (MIS)
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Requirements:Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
