Location: NX1, Noida extention, near gaur city Mall

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Telecaller who will be responsible for confirming customer orders, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth coordination until final delivery. You will be provided with hot, qualified leads—no cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hot leads provided by the company.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure all required details are collected accurately.
• Explain product details, offers, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with customers until the order is delivered.
• Coordinate internally with the dispatch, logistics, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Handle customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Update CRM/records with order status, customer feedback, and follow-up details.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or relevant local language).
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred).
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
