The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice Calls, IVR, etc.).
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
