• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors.
• Explain real estate projects, offers, and property details clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up, and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer databases, update call logs, and handle basic inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable project recommendations.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience during every call.

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Confident speaking style with a friendly and professional approach.
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, data entry).
