Position: Tele-Caller / Tele-Sales Executive

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about real estate projects.
• Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into site visits.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
• Explain project features, pricing, USPs, and clarify customer queries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Record customer feedback and share insights with the sales/management team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance brand image.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.

• 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 months – experience in tele-calling/tele-sales (real estate preferred).
• Normal communication and convincing skills (Hindi)

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• FIxed salary and InsentiveTarget-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates living near the office location preferred.
