Job Description
- Lead Generation & Management: Contact potential customers from database lists to introduce property projects and convert interest into site visits.
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inquiries from marketing campaigns and make cold calls to prospective buyers.
- Customer Interaction: Explain project details, features, and pricing while addressing client queries or objections.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule, confirm, and manage site visits.
- Database Management: Maintain, update, and log call records and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
