Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, admission process, and fees.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate student enrolments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and education fairs when required.
