Job Title: Inside Sales Associate (Outbound Telecalling)Location: [Greater Noida west]

Reports to: Founder

Job Overview:-

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Outbound Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential customers to introduce them to our range of premium, [Organic/Made-in-India] beauty and skincare products. Your goal is to convert leads into loyal customers by understanding their skin concerns and offering tailored solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Outreach: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Product Expertise: Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and the unique value proposition of our brand (e.g., traditional formulations vs. mass-market alternatives).
  • Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and skin types to recommend the most suitable products or bundles.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Provide a high-quality customer experience to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or a similar role (experience in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sector is a major plus)
  • Communication: Should be able to understand basic english and NO MTI in Hindi
  • Persuasion: Proven ability to handle objections gracefully and close sales over the phone.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic MS Excel.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in skincare, beauty trends, and holistic wellness.
  • Education: 12th Pass
