Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Real Estate Sales to handle real estate inquiries, generate leads, fix site visits, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and good knowledge of real estate.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential buyers from online/offline leads.
• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and amenities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with leads to increase walk-ins and conversions.
• Maintain proper call logs and update CRM with lead status.
• Coordinate with sales executives for client meetings and closures.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
