Job Description: Real Estate Telecaller (6 months Experience)Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and locations.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 1 year of experience as a telecaller, preferably in real estate.

Salary: As per industry standards + more incentives.
