Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Update customer details and call records in the system
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Eligibility:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an added advantage
