Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound calls from property portals and campaigns
- Explain property details such as location, price, and payment plans
- Qualify leads and fix site visit appointments
- Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain call records and lead data in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with field sales team for closures
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Confident and persuasive calling skills
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
