Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services, plans, pricing, and offers clearly
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals
- Address basic customer queries and objections

- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales scripts
