We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching properties, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and pitch properties

- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties

- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and location

- Handle objections and negotiate deals

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales/real estate sales

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of real estate products and market trends

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
