Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting property sales over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain available real estate projects/properties.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property showings.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate details.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide information about payment plans, legal documentation, and project features.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report daily activities, lead status, and conversions to the manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Sales, or Business).
  • Prior experience in telesales/real estate sales/customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Performance Indicators:

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion ratio (calls → site visits → sales).
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
